Montserratian passport

The Montserratian passport is a British passport issued to British Overseas Territories citizens with a connection to the Montserrat by the Department of Administration of the Montserrat Government. Although Montserrat is a full member of the Caribbean Community, its passport does not conform to the CARICOM passport common design.
